This week, VelaTel ($VELA) announced it has entered into a business agreement with Aerostrong Company Ltd.
Aerostrong is a subsidiary of China Aerospace Science and Technology Group (CASC), a state-owned company in the People’s Republic of China. It also holds several government-issued licenses to provide telecom services via satellite nationwide and internet access service in 18 major cities.

VelaTel Global Communications ($VELA) recently had a successful "soft launch" in eight cities in Peru. And as of Sept. 15, the soft launch period is over, the Go Movil stores are open, the networks are running, and they will fulfill all their orders as the customer premise equipment (CPE) clears customs in Peru. (We expect a vast majority of the 7,000 pre-orders will convert to customers.)

It is only a matter of time before Internet use on smartphones and tablets surpasses browsing on personal computers and laptops. And in Australia, it looks like mobile Internet is making bigger leaps toward that finish line than in almost any other country.
We get lots of questions here about VelaTel/ChinaTel’s 4G-LTE emerging-markets network strategy, particularly on days when there’s no news to report. But even though there are times when there are no major headlines to report, the company is working hard on fulfilling all the plans and promises it has made.
So today, I want to update you on everything I know, and to assure you that I very much like what I’m seeing. In fact, I have full confidence that the stock is going to 60 cents by year-end. Here’s why.
